Returns Policy:

Inline with the Australian Consumer Affairs Laws, we are not required to provide a refund for a change of mind.

Alternatively we will happily exchange your product or give you a store credit on the conditions:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Was not purchased on sale
  • Is not soiled or damaged, the product has not been worn or washed
  • Has original tags attached

We recommend you to use Australia Post with a tracking number if returning an item as we are not responsible for any lost items in the post that you are returning. Please include the return form with your item.

Please fill out the CONTACT US form with all relevant information if you wish to return or exchange a product. 

 Faulty Items

Occasionally a faulty item may escape our quality control.

Don't worry, you can return a faulty item in-store or via post for a refund, exchange or store credit.

We will ship your order Via Australia Post.

An email confirmation of your order will be sent to you including the tracking number

This will allow you to know where your parcel is & when it will arrive.
